Shipping policy

At StapleGreenz (Terrafirm Projects Pvt Ltd), we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and at the earliest possible time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy below:

  1. Free Shipping

      • Free shipping is applicable only when specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

  2. Shipping Address Requirements

      • A complete postal address including PIN code, email ID, and contact number is mandatory for order processing.
      • Customers are requested to verify their PIN code and contact number carefully before completing the order.
      • StapleGreenz will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
  3. Order Processing Time

      • If the ordered items are in stock, they will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days from our warehouse.
      • If some items are out of stock, fresh batches will be produced and dispatched within 10 working days of order placement. Customers will be informed in such cases.
  4. Delivery Timelines

      • Deliveries are carried out by our trusted courier partners between Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.
      • Public holidays and Sundays are excluded from delivery timelines.
      • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, strikes, or delays from courier partners.
      • Standard delivery times range between 5–10 business days within India, depending on the location.
  5. Order Tracking

      • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
      • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to be activated.
  6. Delivery Attempts & Responsibility

      • In case of missed delivery, courier partners usually make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unreachable or address details are incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
      • Re-shipment of such orders may incur additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
  7. International Shipping

      • At present, StapleGreenz ships orders only within India. For bulk international or B2B orders, please contact us directly at care@tfoodz.com
  8. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

      • If you notice that a package is damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the package and inform us immediately at care@tfoodz.com
      • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
